Empire Interactive announced Animal Paradise, a fun and engaging virtual pet sim for the NDS. Animal Paradise takes players to their uncle's virtual farm and allows them to become best friends with all of his farm animals. Feed, clean, walk and play with them, but above all make them happy so you can earn their love.

Animal Paradise takes players to their uncle's virtual farm and allows them to become best friends with all of his farm animals. Feed, clean, walk and play with them, but above all make them happy so you can earn their love. This title will thrill animal lovers of all ages with its fun mix of animals, including everything from dogs and cats to hamsters and pigs.

Animal Paradise features the extremely popular and collectible Hanadeka style of animal photography created by Yoneo Morita, Japan's most famous and enthusiastic pet photographer. The brand ``HANADEKA'' is a cute and catchy way of saying ``Big Nose'' in Japanese and the photographic style is achieved using fisheye lenses. Hanadeka is fast becoming popular throughout the world and the crazy animal images are appearing now on everything from T-shirts, mugs, and underwear to Wellington boots.

The popularity of the new 'virtual pet' genre has revolutionized the Nintendo DS handheld market with titles like Nintendogs, Pony Friends, and the Catz and Dogz series, which are all storming to the top of the charts. With 18 different animals, Animal Paradise is designed to give gamers all the pet fun and madness their hearts desire.

``We expect this new game offering to tap the hugely popular pet genre on Nintendo DS and be a tremendous success,'' said Ian Higgins, CEO Empire Interactive. ``We're fortunate to be the company that brings Animal Paradise to the European market and all PAL territories.''

Clive Kabatznik, CEO of Silverstar Holdings commented, ``With the Nintendo DS dominating handheld sales and radically expanding the gaming market, this new offering will provide an important addition to our game offerings. It is the perfect fit for the Nintendo DS demographic.''

Animal Paradise is a full-price title scheduled for release in November 2007.
