An Online Game Publishers in Asia study by Pearl Research estimates that the top-10 online game publishers in Asia generated more than $2.0 billion in revenues in 2006, which it expected to exceed $2.5 billion by 2008.

Pearl Research’s key findings:

  • Ten online game publishers in Asia crossed the $100 million revenue mark in 2006. Pearl Research expects this to increase to 13 publishers by 2008, as the market for online games continues to expand across Asia.
