Steel Monkeys Becomes Official Wii Developer

by Rainier on Jan. 30, 2008 @ 10:20 a.m. PST

Belarus based indie developer Steel Monkeys, currently working on its story-driven, third-person action-adventure game 2 Days to Vegas, has been granted official Wii developer status from Nintendo.

According to company’s CEO Timofey Dvoskin “Pretentious goals and successful achievement of set tasks have always been among strong points of the company. A new Nintendo console has already proved to be a successful game platform with great potential, and we are happy that, joining to the group of Nintendo Wii developers, we get a new opportunity for application of our progressive multiplatform technologies.

Now Steel Monkeys can support games developing for the whole range of new generation consoles: PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Nintendo Wii. In future, we are going to consolidate our positions in the world nextgen console game arena”.
