Lighthouse Interactive Becomes Official Nintendo Publisher/Developer

Dutch publisher Lighthouse Interactive announced that it has signed a Publisher License Agreement with Nintendo of Europe GmbH allowing it to publish and develop products on Wii and NDS platforms.

Steve Wall, Cofounder and Vice President of Lighthouse Interactive said, "This is a significant milestone in the continued growth of the company. It gives us the opportunity to further expand our product catalogue and take Lighthouse Interactive to the next level. We look forward to working with Nintendo."

In other news, SilverBirch Inc. announced that further to its earlier press release, issued July 31, 2008, the company has entered into an investor relations contract with Bristol Capital Ltd. Bristol Capital Ltd. will provide the Company with introductory investor meetings, help develop presentations, and assist in the preparation and distribution of related press releases.

The term of the agreement is thirty-six months with the bulk of the services to be provided in the first year. During the first year, the Company will pay a monthly fee of $10,000. The cash compensation is in addition to the grant of stock options that was previously disclosed.
