Namco Bandai announced that it plans to acquire D3Publisher, so both companies can work together in order to strengthen global developments and expand business, especially overseas. Namco Bandai has already reached an agreement with share holders to purchase 70% of D3P's shares, and hopes to acquire the full 100% shortly.
