Formula 1 Comes to PSP/Wii, Next Year to PS3/X360 and PC
by Rainier on April 23, 2009 @ 5:22 a.m. PDT
Last year, Codemasters snagged the Formula 1 license from Sony, but there hasn't been much news about the titles in development ... until today. Codemasters is prepping F1 2009 on the PSP and Wii, featuring official tracks (such as the Singapore night race, Valencia Marina Bay circuit and the new Abu Dhabi season finale), cars, teams and drivers (such as Fernando Alonso, Sebastian Vettel, and UK world champ Hamilton), KERS, slick tires and the new aerodynamic regulations. Both platforms will have multiplayer capabilities, with F1 2010 (powered by GRiD's EGO Engine) adding the usual XBL/PSN capabilities to the mix.
