Radical Porting Open-World Title to Wii, but It's Not Prototype

by Rainier on May 13, 2009 @ 12:47 p.m. PDT

Radical Entertainment is currently wrapping up development on its visceral open-ended world game Prototype and is recruiting for an open position for future projects. Initial speculation was that the senior Wii programmer, "to handle systems and rendering for a Wii port of an Xbox 360 and PS3 game" was related to Prototype, but Activision said those rumors were untrue. Radical is also home to the Crash Bandicoot franchise, which Activision brought over during the Vivendi merger, and according to Variety, the Canadian studio is also said to be making the next Spider-Man game.
