Terminator Salvation: The Videogame is an intense action-packed third-person shooter featuring concentrated armed combat against Skynet enemies from the film and new killer machines specifically designed for the game. Taking place two years before the events of the upcoming film set in a post apocalyptic, decimated Los Angeles, players will be lead through a visceral, story and character driven gaming experience.

Terminator Salvation the videogame is a third-person action game with concentrated armed combat against all of the Skynet enemies from the film, while encountering new enemies specifically designed for the game. Based on the upcoming “Terminator Salvation” film, Terminator Salvation the videogame offers players the chance to assume the role of John Connor, a soldier in the resistance, battling for survival against the far superior forces of Skynet.

Hip-hop artist and actor Common, film and TV actress Moon Bloodgood, and award-winning actress Rose McGowan will lend their voices and likenesses to Terminator Salvation the videogame.Common reprises his film role as Barnes, a humorous ex-football player who manages to crack jokes while battling an army of relentless Terminators. Moon Bloodgood returns to her role as Blair Williams, the confident and attractive resistance soldier who thinks Connor should step up as a leader and isn’t afraid to call him on it. Rose McGowan joins the team to voice a role that is exclusive to the game. McGowan plays Angie Salter, a fatalistic ex-elementary school teacher who’s still not adjusted to the harsh realities of war.

Terminator Salvation: The Videogame, is developed by GRIN Studios, published by Equity Games, co-published by Evolved Games and distributed by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, and scheduled to launch in conjunction with the movie, which opens nationwide on May 22, 2009.
