Dragon Quest IX is the first title on any Nintendo system since Dragon Quest VI, 10 years ago, now featuring Wi-Fi support for four players in co-op. Level 5's RPG went on sale in Japan last Saturday and has sold 2.3 million copies over the weekend. There has yet to be a date revealed for the North American or Euro release.

In Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies players begin their adventure as a city guardian who is sent to retrieve a sacred tree’s fruits, which have the power to grant wishes. Players travel the world, conquer fearsome monsters and unravel an epic storyline.
