New Publisher bitComposer Games Formed

by Rainier on July 16, 2009 @ 5:34 a.m. PDT

In March 2009 industry experts Oliver Neupert and Wolfgang Duhr have launched bitComposer Games, a new German based publisher that will focus on classic PC, console and handheld platforms, as well as digital distribution and browser gaming.

bitComposer Games is an independent PC and computer games publisher founded in March 2009, with its head office in Eschborn, Germany. The experienced core team focuses on the international commercialization of promising titles.

Along with the classic PC, console and handheld platforms, bitComposer Games is forging ahead in the area of digital distribution and browser gaming to anticipate the imminent market shift in this sector.

bitComposer Games works closely with expert development and service teams worldwide to develop in-house projects, licensed titles and commissioned productions.

The product catalog will be promoted by internationally renowned partners, who all have extensive knowledge of their local markets. The digital distribution sector will be fully developed alongside these titles and in cooperation with established PC, console and mobile entertainment portals.

Oliver Neupert and Wolfgang Duhr were already paving the way for their new company last year with “Scorpion: Disfigured”, “Outcry” and “The Void”, all of which were financed, developed and marketed by bitComposer Games.

Nine titles are being added to the product catalog, and these will be announced over the coming weeks and months.
