Masters of Belial is a multiplayer-only Action Strategy RPG game that takes place in an ancient world that is controlled by spirits that call themselves Angels. Long ago an ancient race of beings that called themselves Angels begun masquerading as sentient beings and through the mani- pulation of powerful kings they establish a system of control on the planet.
After thousands of years of dominion a group of gypsy heretics discovered the true evil that has plagued this world and decided to put an end to it. With the help of the powerful Daemon King Belial the truth seekers seek to open the portal to the demonic realms and release the imprisoned Daemons to the world to destroy the angels and bring peace in the lands.
Players select a hero of their desire and slowly build up in power in their quest for power and domination. Each map is carefully designed to offer a mixture of strategic pvp combat along with good old dungeon crawling.
It is a fairly fast paced game without being too fast that gives you as much control as possible to affect the outcome of every battle, rewarding players that put skill and effort in their play- style.
Both PC and Xbox versions are identical in gameplay and visuals, there will be a few spells that will be changed on the Xbox to better fit the controls there but that’s about it.
Also v1.1 will feature our multiplayer campaign which plays like the warcraft3 campaign however all heroes in each map are player controlled. This will mark a new era in online gameplay as traditional single player games have adapted and become fully online. This basically mixes single player and multiplayer in one package and on top of that it moves away completely from the standard concepts of multiplayer game modes such as death match, capture the flag e.t.c.Features :

Brain Seal's Masters of Belial, developed with Microsoft's XNA technology, will be free to download and play offline. The the free online portion will have a couple of restrictions, as you will be limited to 3v3 and 6 heroes, the upgraded edition (12.99 EURO) allows you to play up to 5v5 and there are 12 heroes to choose from.
