Bioware confirmed earlier reports that ME2 will receive new DLC at launch, adding armor, weapons, an unlockable planet, a bounty hunter ally by the name of Zaeed Messani, and most importantly "will not be charging extra for any new Mass Effect 2 content on launch day."
