by Rainier on Oct. 20, 2010 @ 2:36 a.m. PDT

Another day, another batch of games shipped to stores. Instead of giving them all their own posts, we grouped them, and so far there are announcements for:

We will update this throughout the day when new announcements become available. Read more for details ...

Super Meat Boy (XBLA)

Are you a fan of small cubes of animated meat?

Do you enjoy the sound of buzz saws?

When you hear the term "wall jump" do you get excited?

Well, what if you woke up to find you were made of a lump of juicy raw meat, your girlfriend was made of band-aids and to top it all off she had been kidnapped by a fetus in a jar wearing a suit and monocle? Would that be totally awesome? or just kinda awesome?

In Super Meat Boy you take the role of a small animated cube of meat on his quest to save his lady love Band-Aid girl from the clutches of the evil Dr. Fetus! Sliding his way through saw mills, salt factories and even hell itself, Meat boy jumps into action in this fast paced and extremely challenging platformer that will "melt your face off".

Super Meat Boy will be completely remade from the ground up and will feature over 100+ single player levels, insane boss fights, competitive vs modes, beefy co-op play and a slew of unlockables that are rumored to fill your life with great happiness!

Dream Chronicles (XBLA)

Dream Chronicles takes place in an ethereal world where the lines between reality and fantasy fade away.  Players take on the role of Faye, who must follow subtle clues to find her missing husband and escape from the mysterious sleeping spell that has taken over the town of Wish. Players will search high and low for the solutions to puzzles and obstacles that block their way across 18 fantastic locations and can even work with a friend, either online or offline, to solve the mystery that unfolds. The game also includes a new “step-in” feature that allows players to “step” into each scene and move the camera around to find clues.

Hudson Soft has partnered with PlayFirst to bring its PC title Dream Chronicles to Xbox Live Arcade for 800 Microsoft Points.
