Catapult a variety of colorful Silly Bandz to destroy everything in your way in order to collect your Bandz, but beware of enemies trying to sabotage your rescue.

"As one of the year's biggest pop culture phenomena, we're excited to be creating a Silly Bandz experience that brings the fun to life on the Nintendo DS," said Mark Seremet, Zoo Games CEO. "The exclusive video game themed Silly Bandz bundled with the title help to make Silly Bandz a perfect fit for all the handheld gamers on your holiday list."

To rescue captured Silly Bandz, players use the Bandz in their in-game collection to take aim at the cages in each level. Once free, the Silly Bandz join players' collections and can then be used to help rescue others. Players will need to think strategically about their collection to determine the best Silly Bandz for each battle, as some Silly Bandz feature special powers, such as multiplying themselves or exploding in air.

As players progress, 200 Silly Bandz are unlocked over 40 levels in four environments that add exciting outdoor, marine, party and fantasy locations to the game. With so many Silly Bandz on the line, players need to stay on the alert for enemies trying to sabotage the rescue operation. Silly Bandz also features local multiplayer versus mode, which allows two players to battle it out to see who can free the most Silly Bandz and score the most points.

To add even more fun to playing with Silly Bandz on the DS, the game is bundled with a 12-pack of exclusive video game themed Silly Bandz, including game controller, joystick, arcade machine and pinball game shapes.

Key Features:

  • Simple Yet Challenging Physics-Based Gameplay: Launch Silly Bandz at the cages to free captured Silly Bandz. Once they’re free, you can add the Silly Bandz you’ve rescued to your collection! It’s easy to pick up and play, but as the game progresses and the cages get more complex, you’ll need to add more strategy to your attacks.
  • 200 Unlockable Silly Bandz and 40 Different Levels: As players complete each mission, new levels and new Silly Bandz are unlocked in a wide range of shapes from animals, trees, boats, people and more – collect them all as you challenge yourself to complete all 40 levels!
  • Use Special Powers to Complete Missions: Some Silly Bandz have a special effect that help players destroy cages. Some multiply, others explode – it’s up to the player to discover the best Silly Bandz for each mission.
  • Outwit Enemy Sabotage: Be on the alert for ways to work around your enemies to ensure your rescue mission is a success.
  • Play in Four Different Environments: Nature, Maritime, Party and Fantasy scenes add even more color and variety to the game.
  • Share the Fun with a Friend: Silly Bandz for DS features local multiplayer so two players can battle it out to see who can save the most Silly Bandz and score the most points.
  • Exclusive Video Game Silly Bandz Included: Not only will players get to play with 200 in-game Silly Bandz, but the game also includes an exclusive 12-pack of video game themed Silly Bandz shaped like a game controller, joystick, arcade game and pinball machine.

Silly Bandz, rated E for Everyone, will be available for an MSRP of $29.99.
