Entropia Universe is the largest Real Cash Economy Massively Multiplayer Online Game in the world, offering players the ability to participate in a unique virtual world where they have no monthly costs.

Planet Calypso is the largest real economy Massively Multiplayer Online Game in the world. Players have the ability to participate in a unique virtual world where they only pay for the game when they play. Its innovative real money economy uses a virtual currency which has a fixed exchange rate with the US dollar. This allows players to deposit and withdraw real funds for their adventures on Calypso or in the real world.   It is also the first MMORPG to use CryTek's stunning CryENGINE 2 for amazing graphics and physics.  Planet Calypso is the oldest planet in the Entropia Universe and is free to download.

New Features

Vehicles

Entropia Universe engineers are working hard which has now resulted in three new vehicles: tank, combat boat, helicopter.

Tank - Megingjord: In Norse mythology Megingjord is Tor's belt. When worn, the belt is said to double Tor's godly strength. Feeling unprotected in a car? Why not use a heavy tank instead? The thick armor and heavy arms on this vehicle are superior to other vehicles!

Combat boat - Naglfar: In Norse mythology Naglfar is a boat made entrirely from nails. Do you want to become the ruler of the sea? Acquire a patrol boat and protect a district or just keep disturbing joyriders away.

Helicopter - Gungnir: In Norse mythology Gungnir is Oden's magical spear that always hits its mark and always kills. Gather several of your friends in a helicopter and take off. Make sure to have weapons attached, especially if you plan on flying over PvP areas.

Vehicle Weapons: Vehicle weapon attachments are introduced. They can only be attached to a vehicle before it is spawned. These weapons do not deteriorate when used, but when the vehicle is hit. Vehicles can also be armed using mountable weapons that can only be mounted when seated in the weapon station. Mountable weapons deteriorates when used.

Note: Attaching weapons to vehicles need to be done before spawning them.

  • Mounted weapons have a weapon camera mode.
  • The helicopter and the combat boat can be armed with both mountable and attachable weapons.
  • The VTOL can be armed with attachable weapons.
  • The tank can be armed with an attachable weapon that can have a mountable weapon.

    • Naglfar Turret Mk1 (L)
