by Rainier on Dec. 15, 2010 @ 1:11 p.m. PST

Xbox 360 is a video game and entertainment system that is home to video games, an on-demand library of movies and TV shows connected to the television. The Xbox 360 blends its content with the largest online social network of 20 million members on Xbox Live to create an entertainment experience that can be shared at home or across the globe.

ESPN on Xbox LIVE is delivering a new and unique interactive experience for college football bowl season.  Available today, sports fans will be able to compete in the “College Bowl Showdown” pick ‘em on Xbox LIVE and enjoy 32 bowl games live this season via ESPN3.com, including all five Bowl Championship Series (BCS) bowl games.

Xbox LIVE Gold members will be able to predict who will win each game, earn a score for their predictions and compete against friends to determine a winner. Throughout the bowl season, members will also have the chance to win prizes like a trip to the 2011 ESPY awards, ESPN headquarters and more.

Additionally, users can now “play all” when viewing ESPN.com video clips and highlights, allowing them to watch featured highlights in one seamless video, or even watch a continuous reel of highlights based on the sports and leagues they select via “My Sports.”

Xbox LIVE Gold members who are customers of an affiliated service provider will have access to 32 bowl games live this season on Xbox 360 via ESPN3.com – ESPN’s 24/7 broadband sports network – including all five BCS bowl games highlighted by the Tostitos BCS National Championship Game, #1 Auburn vs. #2 Oregon.
