Each episode takes place in the same detailed and immersive world that made Grand Theft Auto IV one of the most critically acclaimed games of all time. Due to a request by Sony Europe to make some minor content changes to the PAL PS3 version of the game, Rockstar Games has moved the release dates of Grand Theft Auto: Episodes From Liberty City (PC/PS3) and the two downloadable episodes Grand Theft Auto: The Lost & Damned and Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony (GFWL / PSN).  Despite Rockstar's best efforts to work through this quickly, the two weeks were needed to complete submission.  Rockstar Games understand and sympathise with the fans that will be upset by this delay, and want to assure our fans that the minor changes made to the game will not affect the gamers enjoyment of the games, these will not affect any gameplay elements and were not related to any local ratings requirements.

The Lost and Damned is a dark trip through Liberty City’s seedy underbelly as outlaw biker, Johnny Klebitz, fights to keep his gang together as a rift in the gang’s leadership threatens to tear the brotherhood apart. In The Ballad of Gay Tony, players explore Liberty City’s high-end nightlife as Luis Lopez, struggling to balance the temptations of money and vice against loyalties to family and friends. Both episodes feature a slew of new vehicles and weapons, and each episode adds new activities including cage fighting, gang wars and BASE jumping
