Another 'Elements of War' Announced - New Screens

by Rainier on April 23, 2010 @ 8:48 a.m. PDT

Elements of War is a brand-new Tower Defense/RPG utilizing the full power of the Unreal 3 engine.

As you play through the extensive campaign, you will meet new friends, challenge new enemies, and defend an empire, all for the sake of the ones you love. Upgrade your abilities to control the 6 primary elements, and combine them to form 12 powerful hybrids that have new, amazing abilities.

You are up against the forces of the coalition, an alliance of fierce countries vying for control of a mighty empire. They command hordes of infantry, terrifying explosive technology, mighty battle elephants, and much more. Fight against nine enemy types in defense of your friends.

Create expansive labyrinths and force your enemies to navigate them, giving your foes the fight of their lives as they march to their goal. Fling them high into the air using all the power the Unreal engine can offer, or zoom in close to watch an Earth Elemental pummel infantry into the ground. Full 3D brings a dimension to Tower Defense that has never been seen before.

In Elements of War you must journey through an empire and find out exactly what you would do to protect the ones you love.

Key Features:

  • An Expansive Empire: Journey to new lands, meet new characters, and defend them through over 2 hours of gameplay.
  • Your Power is Unique to You!: Upgrade your abilities in over 18 different tower combinations. Your choices and your strategies are unique to your playing style!
  • The Power of Unreal: Utilizing the full power of the Unreal 3 Engine and the freedom allowed by Epic's UDK Development Enviroment, Elements of War has the strength and power it needs to compete in the global market and deliver a game that needs to be played to be believed!
