Enjoy the smooth and flowing gameplay, the fast paced action, and the highly responsive controls. Darkfall is a next generation MMORPG that combines real-time action and real-time strategy in a fantasy setting.

Darkfall Online is a massive multiplayer online (MMO) fantasy role-playing game featuring a fun, fast-paced, real-time combat system, massive battles, clan warfare and empire building.

Darkfall combines role-playing, action, and strategic gameplay. Darkfall has been designed to create intensely realistic and highly immersive combat and a challenging, realistic environment for a more immersive experience. With full collision detection battle lines really matter and well-aimed spell blasts will send opponents flying. Darkfall's goal is to provide players with a fun and challenging experience through a seamless and zoneless, non-instanced, "sandbox" game world.

The winner of the $5K "I love Darkfall Contest" has finally been announced. We have posted the details on the contest website here:

Albatross Catalysm and his brother Gervantes spent the better part of two and a half months sculpting, painting and giving life to over 900 kilos of cement. The end result is a beautiful and fire-breathing sculpture of our very own Darkfall dragon! It is so beautiful in fact that we are even considering an attempt to coax the brothers into allowing us to ship their statue over and be the figurehead of our main office here in Athens!

In second place we also felt it was absolutely necessary to give honorable mention to Khor Syon for his amazing efforts and unique entry. Khor has carved the story of his fierce Mahirim hunter into boulders all around the country-side of his home-land. Khor also sent the story of the proud hunter in PDF for our reading pleasures. We foresee aspiring archeologists travelling around the country falling into excited fits at the latest discovery of human history!
