GamersGate Expands With New York Office

Digital distribution service GamersGate announced their plans for a New York office after another impressive fiscal year. GamersGate will open shop in the Big Apple shortly after the New Year, expanding its global team.

In 2011, GamersGate’s saw fifty percent sales growth while expanding its unmatched library with the most digital games available for download. Void, GamersGate’s ad-supported free-games platform is set to launch in 2012 with major publisher support.

“We are pleased to break ground in New York. 2011 has been another great year and the new office will further expand our service as a leading digital distribution platform,” said Theodore Bergquist, CEO of GamersGate. “As our customer base grows, we have to grow as well. The New York office will better position us as a global company and is closer in proximity to many US-based publishers.”
