The weekend is over, and so is PAX East, which unfortunately did not result in many news items.
We had a busy movie weekend, and yesterday's "Battle: Los Angeles" did not disappoint. It is an excellent action movie, some weak attempts at jokes/puns not withstanding. We also watched Kitchen Nightmares, Hawaii Five-0, Bones, The Event, and the last episode of The Cape, which is only available online.
Japan's troubles seem far from over, as it suffered a massive earthquake followed by a sweeping tsunami. There are now a few (two confirmed, three possibilities) nuclear reactors that are critical. Some have had explosions inside and are obviously leaking radiation. Not good ....
