Lucky Luke: Transcontinental Railroad is a time management game where the player will have to buid a railroad linking the East to the West of America.

Lucky Luke, the famous comic-book hero was created by Morris. Nicknamed “the man who shoots faster than his shadow”, this cowboy who is always accompanied by his horse, Jolly Jumper, maintains justice in the Wild West, throughout the series of books. His toughest enemies, the Daltons, often end up in jail for rubbing him up the wrong way. The series was adapted several times for the big screen and on TV, both as movies and cartoons. The rights to use the license are handled by Lucky Comics Publishing.

As the site supervisor of this titanic project, the player will have to manage his team members while guaranteeing the resources, the security jeopardized by railroad bandits as well as fixing.

Fortunately, the player is assisted by Lucky Luke and his faithful horse, Jolly Jumper in his various tasks. The cowboy will help him defuse bombs, counter the Dalton brothers’ plans, negotiate with the Indians or help Rantanplan from committing another disaster.

Alain Milly, Publishing Director at Anuman Interactive says “One of the most famous comic-book characters joins the Microïds - Game for All heroes family in a type of games for which we have had the opportunity to show our expertise”.
