He's shipwrecked in Haiti, and he's trying to get back to sea by assisting locals in exchange for a crew and a ship. He is drawn into the Maroon slave community, which forces him to face his past. Banished (PC)

In this city-building strategy game, you control exiled travelers who want to restart their lives. They have only the clothes on their backs and a cart filled with supplies.

Resources can be bartered on trade vessels. These merchants are key to adding livestock and crops to the townspeople's diet, but the lengthy trip brings the risk of foreign illnesses.

Banished is available on Steam for $19.99.
