'Rocket League' (ALL) Gets Its Own Line Of Race Car Toys

by Rainier on Feb. 2, 2017 @ 12:04 p.m. PST

Rocket League is a fast-paced action-sports game featuring amazing physics, crazy aerial action, and compelling multiplayer combat.

The sequel to Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars, Rocket League expands on its successful pedigree with improved graphics and physics systems, a robust new single-player campaign, considerable customization options, and a fully-charged multiplayer game geared for a next-generation action-sports experience.

Rocket League is a futuristic action-sports game where players pilot rocket-powered vehicles in an enhanced version of soccer by driving their vehicles into the ball and other players in a variety of arenas. Rocket League uses an advanced physics system to simulate realistic interactions between cars and the ball, where mass and momentum determine how hard balls and cars hit each other, creating a unique and visceral playing experience.

The new line of toys will initially launch with 12 Rocket LeagueOriginal Minis Pull-Back Racers,’ with additional products to be announced at a later date. The Rocket League pull-back Racersline will launch in spring of 2017 and be available in stores nationwide in North America.

All toys will be based on in-game Battle-Cars from Rocket League, with the first cars to include Octane, Dominus, Masamune, Hotshot, Grog, X-Devil, Merc, and Backfire, as well as variant decorations to collect. Each toy will be housed in Rocket League®s iconic ball.  Additionally, limited quantities of the toys will include a code for an exclusive Rocket Trail and Wheel that can be redeemed in-game, that can only be found in the Pull-Back Racers line.

Additional information on the toy line and its availability will be announced closer to the launch, as well as future plans for additional products between Zag Toys and Psyonix.

Zag Toys will be on-site in Booth 5447 at the 114th North American International Toy Fair in New York City to show off samples of the upcoming Rocket League® Pull-Back Racers for the very first time.
