'Injustice 2' (ALL) Shows Off Enchantress's Mystic Abilities - Trailer

by Rainier on Jan. 5, 2018 @ 3:09 p.m. PST

Injustice 2 allows gamers to choose from a massive roster of DC Super Heroes and Super-Villains and build the ultimate version of their favorite DC characters.

Injustice 2 continues the epic cinematic story introduced in Injustice: Gods Among Us as Batman and his allies work towards putting the pieces of society back together while struggling against those who want to restore Superman’s regime.  In the midst of the chaos, a new threat appears that will put Earth’s existence at risk.  Players can play from the biggest DC roster ever offered in a fighting game, from classic fan favorites such as Batman, Superman, Supergirl and Aquaman, to astonishing new villains like Atrocitus and Gorilla Grodd.  Battles will take place across arenas that have evolved in scale and span across iconic locations such as Metropolis, Gotham City and Atlantis.

The all-too ordinary life of June Moone ended the day she was possessed by the Enchantress, a demonic sorceress with aspirations of world domination. Today, she fights for her very soul, struggling to harness the Enchantress’ magic for good. If she fails, the Enchantress will consume her - and our world won’t be far behind.

The trailer gives players their first glimpse at June Moone’s magic-wielding alter-ego Enchantress, in-action as she struggles to contain the mystical powers that have taken hold of her.

Enchantress will arrive on Jan. 9 for players who have purchased the Injustice 2 Ultimate Edition, Injustice 2 Ultimate Pack or Fighter Pack #3, and will be available as a standalone purchase beginning Jan. 16 from the PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, Steam, and Microsoft Store.

Injustice 2 offers the latest DC fighting game experience that expands on the previous title’s larger-than-life showdowns.  Every battle defines you in a game where players personalize iconic DC characters with unique and powerful gear earned throughout the game.  For the first time gamers can take control of how their characters look, fight and develop across a variety of game modes.

Injustice 2 is currently available for PS4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam or the Microsoft Store, with DLC characters Red Hood, Sub-Zero, Starfire, Black Manta, Raiden, Hellboy and The Atom available now on consoles. Injustice 2 mobile is available now for free on iOS and Android devices.
