'RiMS Racing' Gets Free Demo/Trial And The Bloody Beetroots DLC For A Limited Time - Trailer

RiMS Racing is a motorcycle racing games based on a unique and innovative concept that makes bike mechanics a core element of the game experience.

By making mechanics a central part of the game, RiMS Racing provides a unique simulation experience requiring players to combine both engineering and riding skills. Using an innovative mechanics management system, you can optimize every part of your motorbike down to the smallest component. With RiMS Racing, the Italian studio RaceWard sets a new standard for realism and customization options.

Over 500 official spare parts available and more than 200 official items of equipment for the rider are perfectly recreated in the game and realistically simulated even down to how each can wear down, Just like a real rider, you can analyze the status of your motorbike in real time to perfect your set-up. From brake disc temperature and tyre pressure to suspension behaviour and electronics, the ultra-realistic and precise physics of RiMS Racing recreates every hazard of the race.

You start your adventure by choosing a motorbike from eight of the most powerful European and Japanese models, recreated with unparalleled accuracy thanks to tight collaboration with each manufacturer. The video features the MV Agusta F4 RC and its precision mechanics. This four-cylinder bike with over 200 horsepower is MV Agusta's flagship model and is fitted with an Ohlins TTX 36 shock absorber, Brembo radial braking system and fairing made primarily of carbon. All these components are reproduced in the finest detail in RiMS Racing.

Silverstone, Laguna Seca, Suzuka, Nürburgring, Paul Ricard… Travel the world and enjoy thrilling races on 10 faithfully recreated official circuits. For those who prefer roads, five routes in the stunning landscapes of the United States, Norway, Australia, Spain and Italy have been recreated for a different racing experience on two wheels!

Players will be able to test their driving skills for a few days on PC (Steam) without time limit, while access is limited to 3 hours on consoles.

RiMS Racing will be available for free at the following times:

  • On PC: from October 25th (6pm BST / 7pm CEST) to October 27th (6pm BST / 7pm CEST), with unlimited access
  • On PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S: from October 29th (6pm BST / 7pm CEST) to November 1st (6pm GMT / 7pm CET), with a limited access of 3 hours

Finally, The Bloody Beetroots DLC will be free for all players on all platforms between October 29th and October 31st at 6pm GMT / 7pm CET (until November 1st at 6pm GMT / 7pm CET on Steam). This DLC coincides with the official release of the "RiMS Racing Soundtrack" EP by The Bloody Beetroots, available on all platforms. It features a unique Ducati Panigale V4 R livery and full rider gear in partnership with Dainese and AGV, in the colors curated by The Bloody Beetroots.

Racing conditions, riding style and mechanical status of the components have a direct impact on the motorbike’s behavior. By taking the customization to its most extreme level and thanks to a physics system offering unmatched precision, RiMS Racing highlights the connexion between each part and puts mechanics at the very core of the gameplay.

To ensure victory, players are able to fully disassemble their motorbike and replace every element to achieve the best possible setup by choosing over 500 official components: tires, discs, callipers, pads, suspension, springs, air filters, exhausts, brake and clutch master cylinders, brake fluids, engine oils, ECUs, fairings… and many more.

The player uses different tools to identify the mechanical components that can be upgraded, such as the Motorbike Status Check (MSC), which provides a real-time analysis of the motorbike's status and performance. Players are at the controls and select, handle and integrate each required component in the driver’s HQ, in a brand-new gameplay feature.
