Tanuki Sunset reflects the two man development team's shared love of listening to music while cruising on their longboards. It started to take shape as a game concept when they noticed a gap in the market.
"After stumbling upon videos of downhill longboard sessions, we came to realize there aren't many games based on the sport. We instantly started imagining a raccoon grinding his paws on tarmac trying to drift down a windy road at high speeds. Who doesn't love raccoons? They're little daredevils and trouble makers," said co-creators Adir Fakiro and Jose Maria.

Currently available for PC (Steam), Tanuki Sunset is coming to PS4/PS5 on Nov. 2nd and Xbox One/Xbox Series X|S on Nov. 4, 2022, followed by a Nintendo Switch version at a later time.
