The smell of mushrooms will cause fear and gnashing of teeth in the distant future. The intelligence of these ancient organisms far surpasses that of all living beings in the universe. Their goals are simple: extermination, infection, and reproduction.

Only vegetables that inhabit the Earth after the extinction of human civilization are able to threaten them. Unfortunately, their knowledge of poisonous mushrooms is limited. Despite this, two insane scientists and a galactic warrior banded together to foil the enemy's plans.

What is certain is that ‘Smells Like a Mushroom’ is a completely absurd position for fans of unusual shooters. Aside from the shot-off mushroom hats, the game's fun is provided by hilarious dialogues, an electronic soundtrack, and a plot filled with symbols of "human" pop culture.
