THQ today announced that the Xbox Live-enabled demo of MotoGP '06 for the X360 is available for download from Xbox Live. The demo features one track, where players race as Nicky Hayden for the Repsol Honda team, and one extreme track, the high-rise metropolis of Tokyo. Multiplayer supports up to 16 players across Xbox Live.

Yesterday, the first victim of the newly enforced E3 dress code was asked to leave the convention. Although not affiliated with any game, booth or company, a lady dressed up as Wonder Woman was taken aside by security and asked to cover up and wear something else. Since the woman was just an attendee and did not bring any other attire, she was escorted off the premises. The E3 organization changed the dress code this year, and although it was lauded as "no more booth babes," the official stance is merely a strict banning of bikini outfits.

NVIDIA announced it has been working closely with developer Flagship Studios on its debut title, which includes support for Havok FX physics and Microsoft's ShaderModel 3.0. Hellgate: London will also be one of the industry's first DirectX 10 games.

The oft-delayed Frame City Killer, which was originally supposed to be an Xbox 360 launch title, has officially been cancelled. The confirmation came from Namco Japan today, when asked why the game was absent from the E3 floor. An exact reason for the sudden termination was not given, but Namco wanted to express its continued support for the platform and said it is currently working on a new RPG. Frame City Killer was to be the first Unreal Engine 3 title handled by a Japanese developer.

Today Capcom confirmed that it is working on an all new, Wii exclusive, Resident Evil game combining the series' intense gaming experience and atmosphere with the revolutionary control system of the Wii. No specific release date was mentioned, but given that RE 5 is still in early stages of development, it might very well be that the Wii edition comes out before its other next-gen brethren.

Atari today announced one of the industry’s most aggressive pricing programs, GamersFirst. The two-fold, consumer-oriented program will begin on June 1st at participating retailers and will include a new price point of $19.99 on all existing PS2, Xbox, NGC, GBA and PC titles, while all PC titles will also be downloadable through Valve and Direct2Drive.
