Activision issued brief statement regarding the CoD2 patch that is now available through Xbox Live. "Infinity Ward and Activision have issued a Title Update that addresses the player progression loss issues associated with Call of Duty 2 on the Xbox 360. The team is continuing to work on additional updates and we will keep you posted." This is only for the singleplayer part of the game, a patch addressing the lag is still in the works.

Today Ubisoft announced that it has signed an agreement with Capcom to distribute Resident Evil 4, Onimusha 3 and Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Awakening Special Edition for the PC. Tesseraction Games has filed suit for breach of contract and racketeering against publisher Dreamcatcher Interactive. Bungie is currently looking for Graphics, Audio, Network and Game Programmers, all PC related. Knowledge of DirectX9, Xbox SDK, and compatibility issues are required, and it further states "Want to work on the biggest franchises for Microsoft Game Studios?"
