'300' Director Zack Snyder to Develop Games for EA

300 movie director Zack Snyder, currently working on Watchmen, has signed an agreement with EA to develop three original games with EA’s Los Angeles studio in Playa Vista. While the IPs will be owned by EA, Snyder’s Cruel & Unusual Films will have the option to produce film adaptations based on those properties.

Kalypso Media have signed Stardock's The Political Machine, a strategy game in which players run for President. Players can choose an existing candidate or can design their own from scratch, then choose a map/scenario to campaign in. From there, players must tackle the issues and battle against their ideological opponent for victory on election day.
