The sequel to Shaman King: Master of Spirits, players return in the role of Yoh Asakura as they traverse multiple stages filled with perils, enemies and traps in order to stop a diabolical shaman from resurrecting the evil "Guardian of Demons." Konami America today shipped Shaman King: Master of Spirits 2 for the GBA. The game is based on the popular anime franchise, delivering an all-new exciting, action-packed RPG, where players continue their quest to become the next Shaman King.

Shaman King follows the story of Yoh Asakura, a junior high student hiding an amazing secret. Yoh is a shaman, one of the few who can communicate with ghosts and spirits. Through his powers, Yoh can join forces with another spirit uniting ghost and human together as one. Yoh teams up with Amidamaru, the spirit of a 600 year-old samurai warrior and with this powerful union, Yoh begins his quest to be crowned Shaman King in the Grand Tournament held only once every 500 years!

Konami Digital Entertainment America today announced that Shaman King: Legacy of the spirits, Soaring Hawk and Shaman King: Legacy of the spirits, Sprinting Wolf for the GBA have shipped to retail stores nationwide. Based on the popular Shaman King television series and comic books, these strategic, anime-style games bring to life the exciting world and characters from the 4Kids Entertainment's "4Kids TV" series.

On his quest to advance in the Shaman Tournament and defeat Zeke, Yoh and his friends run into a man named Magister, who plans on resurrecting the demon king Mephias. With the help of his friends and their Guardian Ghosts, Yoh must stop Magister at all costs.

Shaman King: Power of Spirit finds Yoh and his friends robbed of their powers by a mysterious force seeking to seize control over the minds of the Earth's populace. Players have access to multiple fighting styles that allow for long-range attacks, en-masse confrontations and solo hand-to-hand battles.

Having earned widespread industry accolades for previous anime-licensed titles such as “Yu-Gi-Oh!” Konami Computer Entertainment Japan Inc. will develop the new “Shaman King” videogames. The company will publish games based on "Shaman King" starting with one for PS2 and one for GBA. The games are slated for release in North America in summer 2004 and 4Kids Entertainment will be responsible for the licensing program for this title.
