Rage Software Announces New North American Distribution Deal With Majesco

Rage, the UK-based computer games publisher and developer, has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Majesco Sales Inc ("Majesco") which guarantees the release of all of the Company's forthcoming console titles in North America, until autumn of 2002.

Under the terms of the agreement Majesco, a leading computer games publisher in the USA, will guarantee Rage a minimum in advance royalties over the next 12 months for the exclusive distribution rights of 15 games, over all the major formats, that are scheduled for release between now and the end of September 2002, including David Beckham Soccer and Crash.

Paul Finnegan, Managing Director of Rage Software, commented: "We are delighted to announce this agreement and look forward to working with Majesco to increase Rage's profile in the North American market. We are fully committed to building a strong marketing and distribution network to support the company's expanding portfolio of high profile licenses."
