Acclaim Console Release Schedule

Acclaim will launch several new brands during the year, including Vexx, the highly anticipated next-generation title from the Company's internal studio. A clip from the pressrelease:

"We are very excited by our third and fourth quarter releases, including the eagerly anticipated launches of Aggressive Inline and Turok: Evolution, both of which are poised to set benchmarks in their respective genres," concluded Fischbach. "Followed by the launches of Vexx and Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX 3 during the first quarter of fiscal year 2003, we believe that Acclaim will have a very strong and diverse holiday lineup that will be well represented across all gaming systems." Fiscal 2002 Third Quarter Release Schedule During the third quarter of its fiscal year 2002, Acclaim intends to release 11 SKU's:

PlayStation2 computer entertainment system:

- Aggressive Inline - ESRB Rated "T"
- Headhunter - ESRB Rated "M"

Nintendo GameCube:

- Burnout - ESRB Rated "E"
- Legends of Wrestling - ESRB Rated "E"
- ZooCube - ESRB Rated "E"

Microsoft's Xbox video game console:

- Burnout - ESRB Rated "E"
- Legends of Wrestling - ESRB Rated "E"

Nintendo Game Boy Advance:

- All-Star Baseball 2003 - ESRB Rated "E"
- Mary-Kate and Ashley Girls Night Out - ESRB Rated "E"
- Punch King - ESRB Rated "E"
- ZooCube - ESRB Rated "E"

Fiscal 2002 Fourth Quarter Release Schedule During the fourth quarter of its fiscal year 2002, Acclaim intends to release between 7-10 SKU's, including several titles that will be announced shortly:
