Xbox Presents 'The Vans King Of Street'

The UK’s largest street skate and BMX course – Xbox presents the Vans King of Street – returns to Birmingham’s National Indoor Arena this May Bank Holiday weekend, playing host to the best riders from around the world.

And thanks to the addition this year of Xbox’s Play More area, you don’t have to be a professional to have a go. In addition to demo pods around the venue, Xbox is supplying skate boards and BMXs to encourage everyone to play more.

  • Over 7,000 spectators are expected to attend the event, which includes:
  • High profile UK and US BMXers including Jerry Galley, Chris Mahoney and Anthony Pill testing their expertise on the street riding course.
  • Top skaters Emilio Arnaz, Rodney Clarke and Danny Wainwright showcasing their talent and competing for £15,000 on the fearless ramps.
  • The Xbox Play More public street area that will enable visitors to try out their tricks on BMXs on Sunday 5th and skateboards on Monday 6th.
  • Xbox consoles available to trial for those who want to keep their feet firmly on the ground.
  • Top DJs from Ninja Tunes and Marine Parade.
  • A retail area selling the latest skateboard and BMX gear.
