by Rainier on March 5, 2003 @ 10:04 a.m. PST

Developed by Cryo under the direction of artist Philippe Druillet, and based on Gustave Flaubert's novel, Salammbo is a 'point & click' adventure game set 3 centuries before B.C. You play the role of Spendius, who must "venture into the war against Carthage, solve ancient riddles and unleash hell on the Lone Mounts". Today we bring you the multi-language demo, allowing you to try out the first chapter of the game. Salammbo is published in Europe by The Adventure Company (thanks Gamershell).
