Within the agreement, XS Games will hold, for North America, the exclusive publishing and distribution rights for:
- Syberia II - PC and Xbox - Developed by Microïds Canada
- Obscure (working title) - PC, PS2 and Xbox - Developed by Hydravision
- Knight's Apprentice, Memorick's Adventures (working title)- Xbox - Developed by Microïds Canada
