Players will be able to choose from a regular version at $45 plus S&H, comprising of a printed installation guide and set of 2 game CDs, or a deluxe version at $55 plus S&H, comprising of the above as well as a printed high quality 520 page spiralbound game manual. Pre-orders will open in January and the game is expected to ship in February 2005.
