Oxygen Interactive can today announce the release of March Offworld Recon, the first person shooter developed by HBM and licensed through the Russian developers Buka Entertainment. This classic arcade-style shooter, praised in last week's broadcast of Gamezville as a game you just can't put down, is a remorseless adventure, with numerous puzzles to solve amidst the heat of battle. Priced at £19.99 this is set for release on 27th February 2004.

March challenges the player to lead a team of fearless armour-clad warriors through atmospheric Martian environments in a battle against countless cyborg enemies.

The players fights his way across the Martian surface and down through a labyrinthine of caves, leading to an ancient alien temple and a final confrontation with a timeless evil.

Jim Scott, Oxygen's Managing Director, said, "This is Oxygen's first release of the year, starting off a very busy period for us. First person shooters are proved to be very popular and March has all the classic FPS elements".
