'Massive Assault Network 2' Announced

by Rainier on Nov. 9, 2005 @ 8:54 a.m. PST

Massive Assault Network 2 is tailored to get players immersed in instant online play action: game can be started with a single mouse click now and AI opponents make sure player always has someone to fight with. Being offered as "game for smart strategic players" Massive Assault Network 2 will not let casual gamers down: friendly online AI opponents (presented as nice female tutors) are ready to get any newbie some good training which certainly serve as a good experience for fighting other live players.

The game's brand new Online Play Mode offers yet unseen turn-based online gaming experience: opponents will both stay in the game, watching each other actions in real-time. The gameplay will be streamlined as never before: online battles can be finished within 20-30 minutes, unlike days and weeks with the previous version.

"It's not a game for everyone." - says Victor Kislyi, Wargaming.net's CEO. "You will have to outdo, outwit and outmaneuver your opponents. But what can be more rewarding than brain-fighting your way into the elite club of the world's smartest strategy players?"

Currently existing three separate Massive Assault communities (each playing with different outdated versions) will be merged into one and only MAN 2 community (with no transfer charges), where everybody will play the same newest version of the game.

MAN 2 will include the refined battle maps (planets) from all its predecessors, as well as a bunch of brand new planets, totaling 24. In addition to tournaments, voluntarily organized by enthusiastic players, Wargaming.net will run the official Clan Wars, featuring epic galactic conflict.

MAN 2 will be available via download. The trial version will offer unlimited number of games on classic Beotorum planet for free. Good news is that in addition to monthly $6.95 subscription, a new attractive option will be available: $39.95 lifetime membership.
