Gamefactory Interactive Acquires MiST land South

Gamefactory Interactive announced today that it has acquired Zelenograd studio MiST land South and all its holdings, and also that it has named MiST land South's president Vitaly Shutov to Development Director of PC-projects of GFi company.

One of the key terms of the deal is the organization of producing center on the basis of MiST land South, which creative and managing potential would be directed to cooperation with young developers to carry their projects from concept stage to release.

MiST land company was founded in 1996, and since 2002 MiST land trade mark is used by ZAO MiST land South. Till the lifetime of the company 5 titles has been released: "Napoleon 1805-1813", "Paradise Cracked", "COPS2170: The Power Of Law", "ALFA: Antiterror". At the given moment studio is working on two already announced projects - WarFare ? Jagged Alliance 3D – and one more title would be announced in the nearest future. Besides, the studio has activities in the field of localization foreign projects for home market, where the track record of company consists of more than 40+ positions.
