Entropia Universe is the largest Real Cash Economy Massively Multiplayer Online Game in the world, offering players the ability to participate in a unique virtual world where they have no monthly costs.

Planet Calypso is the largest real economy Massively Multiplayer Online Game in the world. Players have the ability to participate in a unique virtual world where they only pay for the game when they play. Its innovative real money economy uses a virtual currency which has a fixed exchange rate with the US dollar. This allows players to deposit and withdraw real funds for their adventures on Calypso or in the real world.   It is also the first MMORPG to use CryTek's stunning CryENGINE 2 for amazing graphics and physics.  Planet Calypso is the oldest planet in the Entropia Universe and is free to download.

The largest Asteroid Space Resort property, largely known for housing Club NeverDie, has been broken up into smaller portions and sold off to new investors.  The total purchase price for the parcels was $635,000.00 USD giving its original owner a stunning ROI of 535% in just five years.

This same property as a whole was previously in the Guinness World Records book in 2008 as the most valuable virtual item. It was originally bought for $100,000.00 USD in 2005.Operating profitably from day one the resort recouped the $100,000.00 USD in mining/hunting rights alone in its first eight months.  Due to only the virtual property and the profits obtained from mining/hunting rights and property sales, the previous owner's fortune was valued at $1 million USD in 2006.  The resort continues to allow players access to amazing lands as well as a place to meet and trade.

This is the fourth major property opportunity offered on Planet Calypso.  The first sale for "Treasure Island" took place in 2004 and sold for $26,500.00 USD.  Australian gamer, David "Deathifier" Storey recouped his full investment on "Treasure Island" within 12 months and has continued to make a profit.  The second, and much larger auction took place in 2005 when American gamer Jon "NEVERDIE" Jacobs bought the virtual space resort sold today for an unheard of $100,000.00 USD.  Then just last year Erik "Buzz Lightyear" Novak purchased Crystal Palace, an extremely popular hunting destination which is in orbit around Planet Calypso, for $330,000.00 USD.
