Lahn’s unique capabilities, moveset and fighting style will enable players to experience Black Desert Online in a whole new way. Lahn is a master of martial arts who trained in a dynasty of the far east. Her story begins by becoming a priestess but falls to an evil scheme, which she tragically loses her lover in the battlefield. Grieved by her loss, she realizes that strength is the only way to achieve her ideals. Determined to return to her home one day and protect the ones she love, she embarks on a journey in search of greater power.

The female class uses a new weapon type that is exclusive to her, a stretchable main-hand weapon called the Crescent Pendulum. This is a crescent-moon shaped blade on the end of a long piece of cloth. She throws and swings her weapon with immaculate grace and completes her deadly arsenal with the Noble Sword, a short blade that is her off-hand weapon. Lahn is a very speedy and agile class that utilizes dance-like combat moves. Her Nimbus Stride skill lets her gracefully glide through the air, displaying both elegance and power. 

Her awakening weapon consists of two dual wielding swords with chains attached, called the Crimson Glaives. Lahn’s swift reaction speed and agile combat moves makes her new set of weapons a very deadly combination indeed.

The new trailer showcases her awakening weapons and confronting waves of enemies with her newly discovered power. The trailer shows that she can swiftly switch between awakening and pre-awakening skills enriching her already deadly arsenal of combos. With the new Soul Raid skill, she can pull an enemy towards her for close range carnage. As her dual blades are fitted with chains, she can pull off wide range AoE attacks when properly executed. 

Players can begin the Awakening Quest starting June 6th after regular maintenance if they have reached level 56 with their Lahn character. Special in-game Lahn level-up challenges and events are added to assist adventurers on their journey.
