'Kingdom Come: Deliverance' (ALL) A Woman's Lot DLC And Royal Edition Delayed On Consoles

by Rainier on May 8, 2019 @ 9:27 a.m. PDT

Kingdom Come: Deliverance is an open-world, action-adventure, role-playing game featuring a nonlinear story and revolutionary, first-person melee combat.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance promises a first-person seat to a harsh and brutal power struggle for the throne. As players traverse expansive, strikingly detailed locales, they’ll grapple with a range of period-accurate fighting techniques, horseback combat, open-field sieges, and large-scale battles, all while developing relationships and a reputation that will inform the greater story.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance promises no magic, high fantasy or mythical overtones - it draws its inspiration instead from historically authentic characters, themes, and warfare.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance is a first-person, open world, realistic RPG that will take you to Medieval Europe in a time of great upheaval and strife. The game is set in 15th century Central Europe, the Kingdom of Bohemia is on the verge of civil war. You play as Henry, the son of blacksmith. Your hometown was raided and your family was murdered. Driven by a lust for vengeance you go out on an epic journey. The local lord entrusts you with identifying the culprits behind the massacres plaguing the region. You will need to use all your skills of persuasion and intimidation to extract valuable information from bandits but you are not the only one who is after the raiders. A mysterious killer is slaughtering all witnesses in the most vicious way. In order to bring end to the bloodshed you must act fast.

Warhorse Studios and Deep Silver announced today that A Woman’s Lot, the fourth expansion for Kingdom Come: Deliverance, will be released on May 28.

In order to deliver the highest quality for all players, the release of the console version of this DLC, as well as the Kingdom Come: Deliverance Royal Edition will hit stores both digital and physical on June 11.

The Royal Edition includes the base game in its enhanced version as well as all free and paid DLCs released so far.

All offers guarantee the full Kingdom Come: Deliverance experience including:

  • Treasures of the Past: The Treasures of the Past unlocks unique treasure maps and additional ingame armour for Henry.
  • From The Ashes: As the newly appointed bailiff players have to decide which structures to build first, how they want to attract people  and how to settle disputes amongst the citizens. A bailiff’s lot is hard for sure, but even he can enjoy some fun after a hard day’s work. Taking one of the new horses for a ride, rolling the dice or just visit the local tavern – which he just ordered to be assembled - are just some of the activities that are introduced to the game with From the Ashes.
  • The Amorous Adventures of bold Sir Hans Capon: Amorous Adventures challenges players to help their friend Hans Capon. Hans is in love and he needs Henry’s guidance to conquer the heart of beautiful Karolina. However, things turn out to be trickier than expected. A lost family jewel, a magic love potion and the most romantic poem of all promise many hours of new fun moments in Kingdom Come: Deliverance.
  • Band of Bastards: This add-on lets players accompany a group of mercenaries guarding the roads. Caught in a web of old, well fertilized hatred between Radzig Kobyla and another noble family they are hired to protect Radzig’s realm. Players will join this group of troubling men, led by the notorious Sir Kuno Baron von Rychwald, not only to assist them, but also to keep them in line.
  • A Woman’s Lot: In "A Woman's Lot" you play as Theresa accompanied by her loyal dog Tinker in a standalone questline. You will experience the ordinary life in Skalitz and later witness fateful events of Sigismund's raid from a completely  different perspective. "A Woman's Lot" provides the last puzzle of the Skalitz story, as you find out what happened just before Henry was found unconscious.
