Embracer Group/Koch Media Acquires 'Let's Sing' Developer Voxler

Embracer Group's indirectly wholly owned subsidiary Koch Media has entered into an agreement to acquire France based based music and karaoke games developer Voxler SAS.

Voxler is a French developer of music games, with studios based in Paris and Marseille. The company was created in 2005 and the team focuses its energy on developing great music games based on advanced technology. Voxler develops or has developed several games on all platforms including Switch, PS4, Xbox One, iOS, Android and PC. The team's key commitment is to give players unforgettable moments in high-quality games.

The critically acclaimed Let’s Sing series thrills karaoke fans every year not only with its track list packed with international superstars but also with the love of local heroes the team at Voxler puts into the selection of songs and artists for selected territories to give every community its own unique karaoke experience.

Nicolas Delorme will function as Studio Head to drive the development of future new titles, and iterations of well-known franchises such as the Let’s Sing series. The acquisition includes the development studio and all intellectual property rights.
