'Vigil Of Glory' Available On Steam Early Access - Trailer

by Rainier on March 2, 2020 @ 6:43 p.m. PST

Vigil Of Glory is a story-driven RPG that begins in a quaint medieval village of peace and harmony with the option to explore world elements at your desire.

You are the son of the Lord living comfortably in the family’s estate enjoying your library of great books in the company of your pet owl. However, unexpected events that you encounter challenges you to leave your blissful home and take on a quest of glory with sword in hand! You will discover and explore unknown and strange lands and encounter unexpected friends and foes as you adventure.

Vigil Of Glory offers an RPG storyline with the option to explore world elements at your desire. Learn from the great books of knowledge, explore the castle and village and enjoy the compelling story and exciting dialogue.

The main focus of the game is on the story, the dialogues, the music and the atmosphere in general. It´s not an RPG with a huge inventory or where the player has to sleep to recover his health or mana, actually there's no mana at all! While the game follows a precise storyline, you are very welcomed to explore its world (castle, village) and content (books).

The Early Access release ($2.99) includes the initial 3 chapters (the full game will include 9 chapters) to play and gives an introduction to the characters, the settings and the story.

It also includes "optional" content for those who are a little curious (e.g. reading books, exploring the village).

AkriGames is aiming for a full release tentatively scheduled for the end of 2020.
