Following the events of the Sword Art Online Alicization anime series, Sword Art Online Alicization Lycoris finds Kirito in a mysterious but familiar virtual world, “Underworld,” where A.I.s behave like humans. As players take control of Kirito, they will relive heart-pounding scenes from the series through intense combat. Players will also encounter fan favorite characters including Eugeo, Alice, Administrator, and many more.

A wide world awaits Kirito and his friends in this exciting adaptation to the Sword Art Online Alicization series.

This new Sword Art Online Alicization Lycoris trailer shows off additional scenarios that will be coming soon to the game.

Headlining the additional scenarios is “Ancient Apostles: Reaper of the Woods,” which features fan-favorite heroine Sinon taking on a new boss called Fatal Scythe in a scenario by Violet Evergarden-writer Kana Akatsuki. Three additional scenarios featuring Tiese, Selka and Silica respectively were also revealed.

The first DLC for Sword Art Online Alicization Lycoris was announced as part of the teaser as well. Fans can look forward to “Blooming of Forget-me-not” coming to the game soon.
