CDV has entered into two distribution agreements with DreamCatcher Inc. As part of this agreement, DreamCatcher will distribute Glory of the Roman Empire for CDV in North America. Additionally, CDV will exclusively distribute all German language versions of DreamCatcher’s upcoming 2006 video game titles in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Christoph Syring, CEO of CDV Software Entertainment AG stated, “We are delighted to be working with Dreamcatcher as a partner. The reciprocal agreement allows us to further grow our already significant third party distribution capabilities in the German speaking countries of Europe. It also allows us also to diversify our distribution options in North America, so that we can best match specific titles with the optimal partner to place our products in the retail channel on a product by product basis.”

“Our partnership with CDV allows us to further expand our reach in German speaking countries. We recognize CDV as a leading distributor in those countries and we are happy to have them representing our line-up. We are also very pleased to be bringing their upcoming game Glory of the Roman Empire to retail stores in North America. We are excited about the overall quality of the game and it allows us to strengthen our new relationship on a global level”, stated Richard Wah Kan, CEO of DreamCatcher.
