Dead Space Extraction (Wii) - Europe Only

Dead Space Extraction is the prequel to last year's Dead Space, widely recognized for evolving the action horror genre.

"Dead Space Extraction has been such a rewarding project for many different reasons," said Steve Papoutsis, Executive Producer on Dead Space Extraction. "We have successfully brought Dead Space's trademark action horror experience to a new platform while maintaining our studio's high standards for quality and polish. Dead Space Extraction will be one of the defining action horror games for the Wii."

Telling the story of four space colonists trying to escape a mysterious infection, Dead Space Extraction explores the origins of the necromorph invasion that threatens humanity and the universe. At the center of this group is Lexine, an important new heroine being introduced for the first time to the Dead Space storyline. As the crew continues to fight for their lives, it becomes clear that protecting her is their only hope for survival. Luckily, players are armed with an arsenal of weaponry, an easy-to-use control system built from the ground up for the Wii, and can even recruit a friend to play co-operatively, a first for the Dead Space franchise.

Dead Space Extraction, rated M for Mature and 18+ for PEGI, is Developed at Visceral Games and be available for $49.99.

Gridrunner Revolution (PC)

Jeff Minter, known for Space Giraffe, is bringing his legendary shooter Gridrunner to the PC. Get ready to face massive waves of the most intense psychedelic blasting for the discerning arcade addict and various multiplayer features to be revealed at a later date.

After nearly a quarter of a century developing distinctive and addictive entertainment software, Llamasoft isn't slowing down. In fact we are now proud to present Gridrunner Revolution, a very modern updating of one of Llamasoft's earliest and most successful games.

Naruto Shippuden: Legends: Akatsuki Rising (PC) - Europe Only

“There's no stopping the Naruto ninja machine, which is going from strength to strength with the global anime TV series phenomenon and hugely successful video game series,” said Hiro Ochiai Vice President Sales and Marketing, Namco Bandai Games Europe. “With Naruto Shippuden: Legends: Akatsuki Rising, never before has so much ninja been put in the palm of your hand.”

Naruto and his friends are in for the fight of their lives as they search for Gaara, the fifth Kazekage, who has been kidnapped by the dreaded Akatsuki organization. It’s a race against time as the Akatsuki attempts to release Shukaku, the demon sealed inside Gaara.

Based on the popular Naruto Shippuden animated series, players take control of over 10 of their favourite ninja, including the dreaded Akatsuki, as they re-live the Naruto Shippuden storyline and experience a brand new adventure.

Naruto Shippuden: Legends: Akatsuki Rising boasts streamlined controls for the PSP, ensuring furious tactical battles and maximising Jutsu attacks to devastate enemies. Players can gain advantage in the heat of a battle by selecting two support characters to form a three-man team and combining skills to discover the ultimate enemy-smashing combos.

Multiple modes of play include Original Mode following the Gaara Retrieval Arc, Scenario Mode with all-new side-missions, Akatsuki Mode featuring a brand-new storyline, and finally, two-player Cooperative or Versus play via ad-hoc local wireless network to really sort the men from the ninjas.

Aion (PC) - Europe Only

The entertainment phenomenon that has taken Asia by storm and has wowed hundreds of thousands of beta testers in Europe and North America has finally arrived.

Having sold out of its Limited Collector’s Edition version and tallying more pre-orders than any other MMO game this year, Aion’s release marks the biggest MMO launch of the year and is already being touted as one of the must-have games for the coming Christmas period. Aion also released in North America, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore this week.
