Chariot (PS4/XOne)

In Chariot, players must guide the king's funeral casket through richly colored landscapes by using physics-based mechanics, such as swinging, riding, pulling and pushing. The princess and her fiance encounter mayhem and stunning environments, and players must work together to survive the journey. Collect jewels at high speeds, down steep ramps, and treacherous cliffs. Quest alone or with a teammate.

Chariot is rated "E" for "Everyone" by the ESRB and is available on the Xbox Live Marketplace for $14.99. The title is free for Xbox One Gold members for the month of October.

Dark Souls II: Crown of the Ivory King DLC (PS3/X360/PC)

Crown of the Ivory King is the final chapter of the Dark Souls II: The Lost Crowns trilogy. Survive the new enemies, traps, and bosses that have been devised to stop players from completing their quests.

The Crown of the Ivory King DLC is available for $9.99. The Steam season pass that includes all three DLC packs is available for $24.99.

Driving School Simulator (PC)

Put your driving abilities to the test and prove your skills on the streets. Drive a car, bus, or truck and navigate city streets, mountain roads, or scenic highways. Pay attention to international traffic rules and speed limits to maximize points. Navigate congested cities during rush hour and be careful while driving during the night.

Falling Skies: The Game is a turn-based, tactical strategy RPG set between the events of the TV show's third and fourth seasons. The 2nd Mass stumbles onto the wreckage of an ambushed convoy. Among the survivors is an engineer who claims he can create a weapon to aid the human resistance against the Espheni invaders. It'll require them to undertake several risky operations to collect all the necessary components.

Forza Horizon 2 (XOne)

The career mode adapts to your car choices with hundreds of events, whether you're racing, hunting hidden treasures, or showing off customized rides.

Take risks and earn rewards for showing off your driving skills and style. Make your name at the Horizon Festival by racing in traffic, catching huge air, or racking up skill points and combos with stunts.

Instantly jump between solo and online play. Join friends online, compete in races and team modes, or take part in co-op Bucket List challenges. In solo play, Drivatar technology fills your world with your friends even when they aren't online.

Forza Horizon 2 features a diverse collection of vehicles, ranging from off-roaders to modern supercars, classic muscle, and more. Every vehicle is painstakingly re-created with full cockpit views, functional windshield wipers, working headlights, and authentic interiors.

Forza Horizon 2 is rated "E10+" for "Everyone 10 and older" by the ESRB and is available exclusively for the Xbox One at an MSRP of $59.99.

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor (PS4/XOne/PC)

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor is a third-person, open-world action game that introduces players to Talion, a Gondorian Ranger who is murdered with his family when Sauron returns to Mordor. Talion is resurrected and ventures on a quest of vengeance. Uncover the mystery behind the wraith spirit that is linked to him, and discover the origins of the Rings of Power.

Shadow of Mordor introduces the Nemesis System. Every enemy in Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor is distinct in appearance, personality type, strengths and weaknesses. Use Talion's wraith powers to manipulate enemies and raise an army to match Sauron's forces.

All players can access the Dark Ranger Pack upon purchase, including The Dark Ranger Character Skin and the "Test of Power" Challenge mode, where gamers demonstrate their strength by bringing down a legion of Sauron's forces and displaying their best score on the leaderboard.

The Season Pass, priced at $24.99, provides new story missions, an extra playable character, access to the "Guardians of the Flaming Eye" Orc Warband mission, and early access to The Trials of War. Additional content has not yet been announced.

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor is rated "M" for "Mature" by the ESRB and is available for an MSRP of $59.99.

Might & Magic Heroes Online (PC)

Might & Magic Heroes Online is a full-scale adaption of the famous franchise. Might & Magic Heroes Online introduces new features, including siege battles, forgotten site quests and the player-versus-player arena. The game combines classic gameplay elements of the Heroes titles with online features such as guilds, friends and co-op gameplay. Pick a hero, recruit creatures to build up your army, and collect magical artifacts to emerge victorious in combat.

Might & Magic Heroes Online is available for download on the product website for free.

Outland (PC)

Outland is a fast-paced platformer where the player uses light and dark to save the world from chaos. One man's efforts can bridge the divide or doom the world. Outland features a beautiful visual style and a polarity-switching gameplay system. Your adventure shifts between light and darkness as you adapt to the changing world.

Outland is rated "E10+" for "Everyone 10 and older" by the ESRB and is available on Steam for $9.99/€9,99/£6.99, but fans who purchase the game during the first week will receive a 15% discount.

Persona 4 Arena Ultimax (PS3/X360)

In Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, the characters from Persona 3 and Persona 4 team up to face off in the P-1 Climax, a series of battles that must be won before the world ends. The original cast from Persona 3 and 4 are back to discover the mastermind behind the whole tournament. In addition to story mode, players can try out Arcade mode, Golden Arena mode and Score Attack mode.

Starting today, playable characters Adachi and Marie are available as free DLC until Oct. 7, at which point the characters revert to $4.99 apiece. The Adachi DLC also includes an extra story segment, Episode: Adachi. A third playable character, Margaret, will be on sale for $4.99 on Oct. 7.

Persona 4 Arena Ultimax is rated "T" for "Teen" and is available for an MSRP of $59.99. While supplies last, every pre-order and launch copy includes an inflatable Teddie Bop Bag and Set #1 of Persona tarot cards.

Ranko Tsukigime's Longest Day (PS3)

Ranko Tsukigime's Longest Day is a 2-D fast-paced side-scrolling action game. The protagonist Ranko Tsukigime is a high school girl by day and a deadly assassin by night. She fights for survival when an enemy organization threatens her life — and the lives of her friends. Players must test their reflexes and quick judgment when they blaze through dangerous environments to flee from a dangerous enemy.

Shadow Puppeteer (PC)

The boy is one of the many people who have been separated from their shadows by the Shadow Puppeteer. Luckily, the boy's shadow eluded capture, so together, they chase the villain to free the stolen shadows. Shadow Puppeteer combines platforming with puzzle-solving in a play of light and shadow. Manipulate objects and their shadows to solve puzzles and get past the challenges in your great journey.

Wrack (PC)

Wrack is a single-player arcade shooter that tasks players with slaughtering enemies as you build up long kill chains and wipe them out with finishers.

Key Features:

  • Combos and Chains: Take monsters down by the dozen, and rack up kill chains and kill combos
  • Finishers: Use your kill chains to unleash devastating finishers and wipe out groups of foes, powerful enemies, and bosses
